The focus rs 500 isn't a matt paint , it's a 3m matt vinyl wrap over panther black metallic , it can be peeled off if you want.

all the better if you get bored  but as i said its a 3m product wrap/paint............how do you know theres no mercury grey lurking behind it ;)

I'd like to see the products more closely if that's possible Marcus?

I'm not sure about the chamois leather by the way. A big no no I think. Even if it's only for doing the windows, you can't help but catch the paintwork and a chamois on paint :ugeek:

I'm still curious as to why you can't wax it even though one of the biggest wax producers, Swissvax, have made a wax specifically for matt paints. It doesn't give a shine and will give good protection to the paintwork from the elements, UVs, etc.

Hi K,

The products don't really say much on them other than made in Belgium !

Found this on the Pug Germany website:

My camera battery has gone so I can't take any pics of the bottles until tomorrow.

Thanks Marcus. I like the fact that they are so environmentally friendly and the wooden ice scraper is quite novel.

Much appreciated.

Just been on exercise with the Germans and Czechs where we simulated invading the country of MAGOG, which surprisingly bore a striking resemblance to the UK. You can imagine our surprise when the Germans suddenly came up with loads of ideas and plans....!
