I have a 16GB stick that works fine. Although its's less than 1/4 full.
I would get a simple one though. Some try and install their own launch software which might interfere with the system.

very good dan87, coffee every where laughing,

Walkwood12, Halfraurds are full of Saturday workers who no just about nothing when it comes to car audio (there are a few really good guys in there so that doesn't apply to all!) try a good ICE company and read the threads on here,
viewtopic.php?f=20&t=367&hilit=double+din

it is possible, it just takes a little investigation.

Got a question:

How big of a USB stick can the RCZ handle? If they're too big it can't read them right? Has anyone tried USB 3.0? Or do you have to stick with USB 2.0?

32gb, usb 2.0 definitely works. Mine's full except for a few hundred Mb. I've also got a 64gb usb 2.0 stick but I've yet to try it.

Just found this, not the biggest, but good manufacturer and certainly cheap http://www.7dayshop.com/products/sandis ... D8,B6449,1

Also

http://www.7dayshop.com/products/sandis ... 0-016G-P95

Or for 32Gb and extremely small size (ideal for the Z's console)

http://www.7dayshop.com/products/kingst ... DTMCK/32GB

I don't own any of these products, and I don't have any connection to the sales company. I do use a Sandisk Cruzer 32Gb flash drive, which I bought from these people, and it works just fine.

Alright. I only got a 4 GB stick in mine but i was thinking of buying a bigger one. But i don't really need anything bigger than 8 GB or so, so if 32 works i'm all good :)

Suppose i could probably buy a USB 2.0 to keep in the car, but i was gonna buy one of those 3.0 too to have for other stuff.

At the price, I would buy a couple or three 8 Gb drives so you could interchange with different music loaded on each.
32 Gb just takes too long to scroll through the tracks to find what you need.
Also the 8 Gb drives are a bit quicker for access than the 32.

I am thinking of doing just that at this price

Yes that could work.

I got all my songs divided in Folders by genre on the USB stick, so you can cycle through the folders in the car. Makes it a lot quicker if you want to find a certain song. However the "Random Song" feature doesn't jump through folders so you have to change that manually. It's not too much hassle tho, it's good in it's own way that system.
