Thinking of buying an RCZ

Well i have semi-leather seats in my 406 at the moment and i think that's the best option really. Full leather isn't really appealing to me other than it looks nice.

The car i was looking at has cloth seats and manual adjustment cause as you said, anything else is expensive.
I would've liked heated seats tho as i'm a very "cold person" generally But oh well...

As it happens this RCZ does have seat heaters installed i saw now at a closer look. This is Finland were talking about afterall

Took me a while to suss out how to view the rest of the pics but, now I have, I completely agree with Jassy. It looks great! :thumbup: Yup, I think you'd definitely be needing heated seats in Finland...I feel like I need mine about half the year round in Aberdeen!! :lol:

I wouldn't be at all bothered swayed by the JBL pack but I WOULD want the vision pack!!

Yes that is summer & winter tires. Winter tires being the 18" orginal rims, atleast i think cause every other RCZ i've seen has had that too. The other one i looked at only had the 19" summer tires.

Also i can't really make my mind up with what rims look better. The all black Sortilége or the Solstice with a silver lining. I'm kinda leaning towards the Solstice as on this new car tho.

Btw, living in Finland and all... How is the rust protection on RCZs? Anyone with experiences? I read somewhere that the 508 is quite bad in that department too.

So i sold the 406 finally and everything happened as i thought it would:

The RCZ i've been looking at has been for sale for months and just now a few days after it's sold... Damn it!

Guess i'll have to wait for another one then. Atleast i'm not in a rush at the moment.

Chuzz beat me to it again (good work that man). Absolutely in agreement, it obviously wasn't meant to be with that particular RCZ but there will be others. Take your time and let the RCZ that's right "choose you". At least you've got the 406 sold and the money in the bank! :thumbup:

hi everyone :wave: , i have just found this forum while looking for a deal on the new rcz, found a good deal on the 156 gt, with uk discount new cars, £7000 deposit £186 a month over 3 years on pcp, the cost of the car is about £21,000 i think?, i can get it cheaper at £19,600 with discount new cars but i don't think they do a pcp deal?, i did order the feline last year and paid a deposit but there where so many changes at my work place that i didn't want to be tied to the job with a £330 a month repayment over the next 4 years, so i cancelled it and lost my deposit :thumbdown: . our last 4 cars have been peugeot and we have a 2004 308cc at the moment, my wife said she would miss the open top motoring if we swapped to the rcz? has anyone ever brought a car off one of these internet company's? or would you rather go to the dealer? because you can get some great deals with as much as 18% off :thumbup:

This car. Am i seeing a "JBL Stereo" logo on the driver's side door? From what i've been researching it should be. The info about the car doesn't mention any JBL Pack tho.

The headlights. They are the projector lights and according to the info written on the car, it has the headlight washers too but nothing is mentioned about the actual Xenon lights. Is it then safe to assume that this car does have the xenons or have there been some freak of nature car with projector lights and halogen?

Description of the car only lists "white" as color. Can anyone see if it's the Pearl or the Opal? I'm thinking more in the ways of Opal but i don't want it to be true!

I believe that to be a 200BHP Sport model with Sports pack (ie smaller steering wheel and gear lever) as well as Lighting pack ( Xenons and tyre pressure sensors) JBL in Pearl White. Thats how it appears to what I can see :thumbup:

You may very well be correct.

Only unclear thing then is the tires. It says winter and summer tires (and rims naturally) but it doesn't say if the summer tires are 18" or 19". I hope the winter tires are what's on the picture.

And if it does have 19" summer rims then darn it all i might just have to go buy it!

It's a shame it's been driven quite a bit tho. 35.000 km sounds a lot to me. I'm afraid of the EP6 engine!

I'm gonna have to call the dealership some day then.
