The Official 6th annual Yorkshire Meet 2018

This is the official thread for the 2017 Yorkshire Meet, which is now in its 6th year.

This year's Yorkshire Meet is being held on Saturday 6th May 2017. Details are not confirmed yet but will be updated as soon as finalised.

Meeting will be from 10am, followed by a drive in convoys through the beautiful North Yorkshire Moors. The drive will finish at The Lion Inn, Blakey Ridge where a table is booked for 4.30pm to enjoy a meal and banter.

There is a limit on the number of cars, for safety reasons and table numbers. Police are informed of this event and as such we need to keep numbers down but also The Lion has other large bookings the same day so space is tight.

If you would like to attend then please add your name to this thread.

We will start the Yorkshire Meet from The Lion, Blakey Ridge (YO62 7LQ)

A route approximately 30 miles long has been planned and will be circulated to everyone shortly. It takes in great views of the Moors and includes some quick driving roads as well as slower roads. We do ask that everyone adheres to speed limits at all times and especially be aware that sheep freely roam the Moors, so please take extra care.
