I'm enjoying this highly geeky pursuit of film trivia. It's also made me want to watch a number of films again!!
1) spinal tap - hilarious!
2) magnum force - classic and iconic. Eastwood at his best (also great in Dirty Harry and, more recently Gran Torino, the Asian actors are a bit iffy though)
3) the godfather - just recently watched the boxed set on blu-ray an awesome awesome set of films
4) goodfellas - I freaking love this film!!!

Tremors - classic b movie nonsense!

Films 4 and 5 would definitely be in my top 50 films. Number 1 wouldn't be far outside of that. I love the tiny Stonehenge and when they are stuck in the eggs...genius!!

So, all you computer literate peoples. Can any of you help me to block the junk mail? I currently block all that I receive in my junk folder. I then copy and paste their domain name into the block senders bit too. However these are getting weirder by the day, for example "marshmallowsMercury.com" Is there any end to how many of these stupid addresses that these companies can register? All helpful tips and advice would be much appreciated. Please do not assume that I have any knowledge on the subject as there may well be something blatantly obvious that I can do and simply do not know it.

To be honest RON, we are all fighting a battle. The latest calculation of email traffic estimates that 71% of all email traffic is spam sent from (spam)botnets. This is down from a few years ago when the figure was as high as 91%!! Receiving spam is more or less unavoidable. What's more important is your reaction to it. Always check the source of the email before opening it of you're suspicious of where it originated from. You're more or less doing the right things. You could, alternatively, open a new email account and start afresh if you find you're inundated with these types of emails.

What emai client are you using? Gmail? Outlook?

Gmail has good things for blocking spam automatically.

Is Windows Live the answer to your question? I really am not into computers at all.

That would be the answer I was looking for :p

I've never found Microsoft's Live! thingamabob to be any good, personally. I can't advise as I don't use it anymore I'm afraid!

Outlook is fantastically outdated and can't say I think much of windows live either. Gmail is pretty decent though.
