After some long chats with Mrs H, and some tough decisions we are now thinking of putting the "baby" up for private sale over the next week or so.
As some of you may be aware by my posts we have not thoroughly jelled with the RCZ, i wont go into all the boring stuff again but it's not really met our expectations.
Love it's looks, style, toys and instant attraction but just not really bonding with it .That sort of sums it up.
Anyway i'm really not sure what this model and spec would be worth if i were to put it up for a private sale, you dont seem to see them advertised privately, at least not in my area ?
It has done less than 1000 miles and has a couple of optional extras, but where do we start with an asking price ?
I think if we were to take a kick in the danglys on the asking price then i would just get the idea out of my head and wait a while before listing it.
I dont think part ex would be a good idea just yet even though the car is "as new", i know we would be bending over on a part ex deal.
Maybe just putting a for sale sign in the window and testing the water is the way to go, but i need a ball park figure in my head to play with.
I have a feeling it's not going to be good news though. :eusa-think:
Any ideas on a sensible asking price would be appreciated.
The cars spec is listed below.
Cheers
