Makes you wonder whether they have our birthdays on file! Mine arrived just in time for my birthday and I have never, ever had a better birthday present. I still open the garage dooor sometimes just to look at her. Walking backwards is now second nature as it is easier than constantly looking back at her after parking a long hike away from the shops.

You will love her.

I don't get my 3 series until October and that was ordered in April, plus side is i have be given a hire car which changes every 2 weeks which is really good fun as i getting drive cars i would never normally drive ie Hyundais etc.
As for trade in a part ex is only valid for 28 days , it takes a brave salesman to give a fixed price for something that he wont be getting for 3 months, what was advised is to get the part ex value 4 weeks before pick up then if crap you have 4 weeks to sell privately.

The first RCZ I bought took 10 months to get to me. My original part ex price was honoured without quibble.

My second RCZ took 3 months to delivery. Again the part ex price agreed at time of order, 3 months prior, was honoured without quibble :)

Why...............has it taken this long, its a very common car,my local bmw dealer must have about 30 unregistered new 3 series all specs and engine variant's just on the forecourt alone, never mind what's in the dealership compound.......... :wtf: and thats just one dealership out of many.... PARKS BMW HAMILTON.

BMW dealers always have lots of 3 series in stock across the ranges i don't doubt that ,but the spec i ordered for my 325 m sport not so, there wasn't one in the country ( i also checked this myself) i could have compromised, but i wanted all the things and trim that i had picked so i guess my new car is just not that common? :D
Also got sisters hubby who works for BMW finance to check just to make double sure i wasn't being fobbed off!
Most dealers will have stock of most models but mostly standard spec, if you want something different then the car will have to be ordered. Even your ST is in stock at dealers but not higher specs.
