The part number for the Alcantara one is: 9646 J9
I think the part number for the full leather one is: 4109 PZ

I'd also suggest having a wee look on everyone's favourite online auction site. There's one on their from Peugeot for 200 bucks. I'd buy it myself but don't have the readies courtesy of Christmas expenses.

No worries. I'm kinda glad I did the search. 200 bucks is a bargain.

Could have sold by now. It was there a couple of days but it was available with a "buy it now" price.

Normally I'd have concerns but the one I uncovered was being sold by a Peugeot franchise so reckon you could safely assume it to be genuine. However, you're certainly the next most competitive RCZperformance...and trustworthy to boot!!

I think the one you saw for £200 was the Alcantana version, see item 251391350909.

Nope it was the full leather one. There wasn't an Alcantara one for sale when I was looking.

So, I've just had my Alcantara steering wheel fitted and well eh, i'm rather disapppointed. :wtf: The alcantara is okay but the quality of the plastic is poor and the wheel is so thin that it feels like driving a go cart. To be honest I'm not sure if I'm going to stick with it. The smaller size wheel is fantastic it but the quality of my full size leather wheel is far superior. I guess that's why the smaller leather wheel fetches more money.... :eusa-think:

anyone else out there with the alcantara wheel? What's your take on it?

I went with the Leather sport and I think it's very good. Did you get it from a Peugeot dealer, can you not exchange it and add the extra cash for the leather one ?
