The dealership closest to me is a mile from my house, they are not an RCZ specialist but their customer service is excellent, which as you know is half the battle. Their master technician is trained on most Peugeot models and given that he swapped out the satnav unit in less than an hour, he must be pretty handy on the workings of the RCZ. I believe Perry's MK are an RCZ specialist, as is the dealership in Aldershot. Not sure how many RCZ 'specialists' there are around the country but I would think they would have to send at least one of their mechanics on an RCZ 'awareness' course or something similar in order for the dealer to get accreditation.
When we were looking around for an RCZ this time last year, I had exactly the same problem when I tried to find out if it was possible to retro fit the 'feline' pack, with the inevitable comment coming back from our dealer, "not sure what is in the feline pack, let me just find out on the system".
RCZ specialist or not, if you work for a dealership I would expect them to have a high level appreciation, or more importantly an interest, in the cars manufactured and sold by their company. I guess it is more a case of them needing improved internal communications from their product marketing teams up in Coventry to ensure that the dealer network is fully briefed on the specifics of a new car launch.
