Rear view mirror

Hi all, new to site, first rc, mirror has delaminated so need to remove whole unit, anyone know how? Thanks.

Twist off / twist on. I found it a bit tricky but managed eventually.

Be very careful twisting you don’t pull… it’s very possible with enough force to shear the glass… ask me how I know

Also, if you use something as a lever, insert the lever just a little because if you insert it too far it can break the adjustment motor.

It is best to push the glass from above so that it comes out from below and try to separate it only with your fingers by pulling from below.
