It's a fair price TBH. And YES people will buy it. It looks great and now has the power to match it's looks so people will buy it IF they put their badge snobbery to one side.

What do you reckon will be the mark up in SA Max?

Well the price of the GT200 in the UK is the same as in SA (converted obviously) so I am hoping they wont add a mark-up to the R.

Yes and? I will take the poverty spec then. Cant care less for the "technology" add-ons as you would say.

I didn't say there were two versions. At Frankfurt they had the basic model with alcantara/cloth seats and one with upgraded fully electric leather ones. Prices there were 42,500 Euros

Well excuse me wrong again....eh €42,500 doesn't equate to £32,500 as we all spoke about IN ANOTHER RCZR THREAD...Lol

I guess different markets/countries have different prices. As the old saying goes "it's worth what you can get for it" I personally wouldn't want one, because I'm not into speed persay. The price quoted is less than my fully loaded HDi

The configurator on the German Peugeot site already includes the RCZ R, and the base price is 41500 € (= 35289.28 £).

The 28 Pence are completely over the top...

A FULLY loaded 200GT with all the toys and options comes to £32,166.20...the RCZR doesn't seem so unreasonable when you consider this!!

I'll be keeping Kitt! Although I may take one for a test drive! Lol

I do too many miles to be getting a petrol beast like that! I'm bad enough in my Diesel!
