Hi all! For incredibly reluctant sale, I have my RCZ R in Opal White.
74,000 miles
£9,995
Preston, Lancashire
It has been immaculately maintained from new by a member of this forum, with a full main dealer service history and oil changes every 6 months. There is a huge stack of paperwork which shows how well it's been looked after. The car is completely unmodified and is exactly how it left the factory.
Before I purchased the car in November 2023, it'd had one owner from new. For the first 10 years of its life, it was kept in dry storage and rarely used in winter. Looking underneath the car, you can see how it's benefitted from this.
As is essential with the THP engines, I've watched the oil level on this car like a hawk and regularly topped it up with Quartz Ineo 0W30 when needed. Both myself and the previous owner are members of the Owners Forum and are knowledgeable about the cars.
The car starts first time every time and runs like a dream. It's been absolutely faultless under my ownership, save for a slightly squeaky radiator fan which I've had changed.
Everything in the car works faultlessly, including the A/C, CD Player, Bluetooth music streaming, cruise control, heated rear window, power fold mirrors, directional headlights, front and rear parking sensors, electric windows, USB port, 12V socket and more. There isn't a single fault with the car, mechanical or otherwise.
Comes with 2 keys and Goodyear Eagle F1s all-round.
It's an incredible drive, and an absolutely beautiful car to look at. It'll never fail to put a smile on your face, and I'm going to miss it immensely. I'm relocating to Australia and neither long term storage not exporting make any financial sense, unfortunately.
Now, on to the bad parts: the front discs and pads will need changing soon which, as we know, is a source of expense on these cars, hence the lower asking price. I have a set of Ferodo pads that I will include in the sale, and Godspeed discs can be had for around £725.
There are a couple of age related marks, but nothing out of the ordinary for a car of this age and mileage. The only thing that currently brings down the look of the car are the slightly faded headlamps (which can be easily and cheaply restored as a DYI job) and some fairly big scuffs on the front alloys which I'd recommend getting refurbed.
Aside from that, the car is in remarkable condition, particularly the interior which is bordering on spotless.
