Crikey...that is a rather expensive "sticker". Would love to see it though...she sounds blooming awesome!![/quote]

It is just the standard one that Peugeot offer. Will get my camera out when I get the chance...

I think I spied a RCZ R in the showroom at my local dealers on my way to work this morning. I am going to call in and have a gander :)

mcdon18, Don't suppose you have a Dolphin Blue and live on Columbus Ravine do you?

No, I keep seeing the Blue one though. In fact I saw it this morning as I was heading up Jacobs mount. I have a Black one.

My local dealer in Burton on Trent has and RCZ R with a massive discount sticker in the window. Think it has 1.5k off it. Its in mercury grey, I went to have a look, it was very nice. I love the massive brakes.

You can put a postcode into the Sat Nav despite what it may seem.

Its the RT6 system isn't it?

Put the postcode in the city /town field

Partial success but you still can't put the full postcode in, only the front part and the first character of the second part.
Gets you fairly close but not all the way, especially when it prompts for a house number and the place you are going to doesn't have a number!

Just been to Gateway Crewe to have a look at their R, they were lucky enough to have had two (one was sold as the first one in the UK)

I have to say I have mixed feelings about it, I think it looks fantastic, the interior looks good with the red and silver mixed and it was the first RCZ I have seen with the Sat Nav dashboard, so it is slightly different to mine without it! I wasn't impressed with the manual seats though, maybe that is just me being fussy but it took me a fair while to get into a comfortable driving position (to be honest it did with my RCZ, but at least I have the memory settings should it get altered!)
The one I looked at had the optional front parking sensors too, which is something I would be keen to add on.
Sadly I think cost was the limiting factor, especially as I suspect the first time I would drive one would be off the forecourt!

They aren't aware of any dealers registering any RCZ R as a demo model, just so people know!

I have the say the 308 and 208 GTi look nice though too ;-)

I know that my local dealer will be getting theirs in March and so I may have a drive, but probably not unless invited to do so, as I have no intentions of buying one. Not really my sort of thing. It;s built for speed and I'm built for comfort. The manual seats are the best choice in my opinion as they look great and have the RCZ R logo, whereas the upgraded electric seats are straight out of our Z's

Reminds me of that old joke about "here's another one of those unique vases for sale".....

My R was said to be the first one in the UK and the only delay in getting it on the road in the first week of Jan was sorting the cherished number transfer.....
