Just been to Gateway Crewe to have a look at their R, they were lucky enough to have had two (one was sold as the first one in the UK)
I have to say I have mixed feelings about it, I think it looks fantastic, the interior looks good with the red and silver mixed and it was the first RCZ I have seen with the Sat Nav dashboard, so it is slightly different to mine without it! I wasn't impressed with the manual seats though, maybe that is just me being fussy but it took me a fair while to get into a comfortable driving position (to be honest it did with my RCZ, but at least I have the memory settings should it get altered!)
The one I looked at had the optional front parking sensors too, which is something I would be keen to add on.
Sadly I think cost was the limiting factor, especially as I suspect the first time I would drive one would be off the forecourt!
They aren't aware of any dealers registering any RCZ R as a demo model, just so people know!
I have the say the 308 and 208 GTi look nice though too ;-)
