That code relates to Crankshaft position-Camshaft position correlation bank 1 sensor A could mean the Engine timing issues as the cam & crank sensors send back signals for the ECU to time the Engine correctly ?

Check the electrical connections that were disconnected it may be the ECU has detected a wiring issue?
P0016 is triggered when Bank 1 Camshaft position doesn't match the Crank position
Clear the code then do a road test to see if the ECU will reconfigure & correlate the positions of both cam/crank whilst the Engine is under load
Another one to watch out for is low oil level can trigger P0016 P0017 through the VVT system

I recently had P0016. Changing the cam sensor sorted it 👍

Is the Engine running ie Timed ok because its if not mechanical it can only point to wring or maybe a software issues as you have changed most of the culprits which can cause this fault try clearing the code again take it for a run say 50 klm just to see if the ECU is not picking up any timing faults?
