A very happy New Year to you too :thumbup: Welcome to the forum and your new RCZ. What have you bought? It in my experience is not normal to have difficulty selecting gears. Some have reported minor difficulties going from first to second gear but I believe that they all settled down. If you continue to have problems with the reverse gear, then I would suggest a return visit to the dealer.simpul said:
I have bought the 1.6 156BHP model with some extras which includes the sports steering and gear knob, 19 inch wheels and the lights pack which includes the xenon lamps etc etc. I am not finding it difficult to change gears, it s just they feel a bit hard and when I try the reverse it 's like you need to push it a bit harder in order to enter the gear. I have only driven it once so it s totally new.Now that is the one option that I did not choose. I borrowed a car with it for a weekend and gave it a good trail. The outcome was that I couldn't detect any noticeable difference so opted for the standard and I think that it sounds wonderful.
