Hi,
I've been submitted to a medical surgery and due that I left my car unlock in the garage for 2 months. The car is an HDi version from April 2013.
Yesterday I went to car and when opened the door no light came on... neither the dashboard...
I'm thinking to buy a battery charger but I don't know which type of battery we have on the car...
Does anyone know what type of battery is? on HDi engines? Is it Maintenance Free, Wet Cell (flooded), AGM (absorbed glass mat), Gel Cell or VRLA (valve regulated lead acid)? and what capacity it has?
I would like to buy a smart charger that is adequate for the battery type, because I know that Gel Cell batteries (and I think AGM too) are very sensitive to the voltage given by the charger... :/
Thanks in advance,
Best Regards,
dreamer
