Well done DRTDVL amd like you I only cut the top off the grommet, but it pushed in when I was feeding the four cables in, that's why I sealed up after. My wiper arm had no wiggle at all, but hey ho longs it came off in the end.
Good job done....

Did anyone find out the difference in the JBL head unit and the standard head unit? Because my 307cc which had a JBL system in, actually had an amp fitted behind the rear seat back rest and the back panel. so you can only see it when you take out the rear seat. It did not sit in the boot area but hidden behind the centre armrest in the rear.
Just a thought cos you might of been able to run the bass box from there?

Sorry man, no idea about the head units.

We did just have that lovely coolent leak from the thermostat housing issue. The replace housing and the wiring loom extension came to a little over $1200 nzd including labour.

Ouch ! expensive.

That's one thing I've learned with the rcz.... parts = expensive... :cry:
