Well I spent all day yesterday (10 hours) and 2 hours this morning giving Pearl her full Gtechniq C1+ detail. It's just a year since she had a full detail. That time I applied Wolf's Body Wrap which has lasted all this time :)

On this occasion a full decontamination, followed by machine polish (correction on the bonnet and boot lid) all round, including the roof. Boy the flake's now popping like a good 'un :).
Then applied C1 all round, except the roof and arches. Black trim was retreated with C4 (which was last done with this over a year ago). Engine bay cleaned and treated with Aerospace Protectant 303 and Carpro PERL diluted.

Also tried something new on my roof arches. Used my Britemax metal polishes. One has a fine cut, which I used first and left to haze before buffing off. Then applied the actual shine polish, left to haze then buffed off. Worked really well and added a nice shine to the arches. These and the roof were then given 2 coats of C1.5 this morning along with the rest of the car.
It's looking very sparkly, I'm pleased with it. Still got enough C1 left to do another car. That would be 3 out of one bottle ! :)

I wish you did an open day / step by step master class on the full clean and detail.

I agree bigmac. I've got some EXO which I too plan to use on OH's car when the weather warms up.
I've been very impressed with Gtechniq sealants.
