Have you had a look at rczperformance.co.uk to see what Steve has on there?

Re: Front breakes upgreade

first of all thanks a lot!

secondy i don't undrestand anything...

thirdly i know that thp 200 has bigger calipers and discs, i meant if the the edges where the calipers are connected (sorry i cant find the words) have any differences

probably i will just find 2 calipers and i will find it out in the future

Re: Front breakes upgreade

I assume what AEK is asking here is, if the mounting brackets of the 200 will fit plug&play to his 156 or does it require more parts (like suspension parts) to be swapped before the 200 brakes will fit. :greetings-wavingblue:

Re: Front breakes upgreade

The easiest way to find out is to check servicebox for the HDi version.

If the wheel hubs are for all HDi's the same it will fit.

The HDi came with standard 18" wheels with the same brakes as the THP156
but if you choose the 19" alloys (like I did) Peugeot upgraded the brakes to the THP200 ones.

i don't think that's correct

thp200 could also be bought with the 18" rims
hdi and thp 156 could also be bought with the big brakes if you had chosen the sport package (it also included the smaller steering wheel etc) so there are more differences than just the rim size (at least here in greece)

which steering wheel do you have?

If that is the case, than the brake calipers will fit both.

I speak for Belgium.
Bigger brakes were only option on the HDi together with the 19" rims.
Sport pack on the HDi included smaller steering wheel and shorter shifter (and soundbox in the thp156)

doesn't the 200 have different hubs to the 156?

i guess it's all down to hole spacing - but to me putting stuff onto hubs that (potentially) aren't made for the job is a dangerous game...

just my opinion, of course...

I'm sure the 200 has 407 front hubs and suspension.
Unless I made that up.

I believe you may be correct breaks?.... the front hubs on the 200 bhp are bigger, as are the hubs on the R.
