Picked car up.
Will post a pic if the old auxiliary belt, as that was left in side the car.
Service manager or parts manager came over with the the old timing belt kit. Boxed, old parts were put back into the new parts boxes, ready to go back to Peugeot. So didn't really get chance to take photos. He had hold of them in a tray. Wasn't going to let go of them lol. Noticed the tensioner bolt. Large bolt with a thread. That was about it. They charged me £30 for the aux belt, as I was expecting to pay vat on it.
I also asked if the new chain kits were revised, he said he didn't know, but that they all had the same parts numbers. So may not be.
The attached pic is of the inside edge of my old auxiliary belt, part that adjoins the rollers. Obvious wear to the inner groves (chunks out of the belt). No obvious wear to the reinforced outer belt area. Only covered 30k from new. This part is a serviceable item, but should be replaced at the 10 year interval or at 120k, whichever comes first. It's made by Dayco.
