It doesnt say they gotta give you a loan car, but it does say that if a product is faulty it has to be replaced or renewed at " no financial cost to the purchaser".
Therefor, if you needed to hire a loan car whilst yours was in for repair then the seller, in this case the dealer would have to meet any finacial cost that has come your way.
You have to put your point across strongly that it is their product that has failed and has therefore put you in a very inconvenient and unfortunate position.
You have a family, you work, you cannot afford to pay for a loan car, you also you have a statutory right to continue with these needs and it is this failure of their product is now affecting your statutory rights.
Something like that anyway, so just try blagging a loan car out of them and pretend you know your rights and if all else fails, just go in and kick arse, you're a Bluebirds fan mun, i've seen you lot kicking off down the Vetch . :eusa-whistle: :lol:
