How come? You sent me the link to mytyres.co that gave me all the details as to what I required and their price was £209.50 inclusive of vat. I got mine slightly cheaper @ £202.80 from a local tyre place.

The price on mytyres fluctuates day to day and in the end I got them from my dealership as I couldn't source 4 at the time that I wanted them. Glad that you had better luck.

Tyres now fitted and ALL four summer tyres transported home in the single journey  One in the wheel well, passenger seat forward and back seat back lowered, then the other three slide in just so

So Donna it can be done without Steve's help :eusa-think:

They're pretty damned good aren't they RON?! Well, I'm saying that but that's before they've been tested in proper wintery conditions. I do think they grip a lot better on the cold road surface than the summer versions.

RON, the snow fell here yesterday and temps plummeted to -5 deg C through the night. Like some type of snow junkie, I went in search of some true wintery conditions to test the new tyres out in. I am pleased to report that they excelled in the conditions. No slips or slides, no loss of traction and no drama. I can't say the same for the number of BMW drivers I saw who were going nowhere fast but sideways including one who, in a heart stopping moment, sailed right on through a junction into a main road. Thankfully, oncoming traffic managed to stop in time. It is for these very reasons that I would not buy any RWD car in Aberdeen!!

RWD with winter tyres....? Even though a rcz has winter tyres. It won't go places Avrils wee corsa has gone way jassy behind the wheel just like the fiat 500 will go everywhere that even a rcz with winter won't just because the rcz tyres are much wider "so thiner non winter tyres will go where no rcz has gone before"
