Just like to inform you all re the above.I have one (drivers side front) that is showing sign of corrosion about a 3rd of the way round on the outside rim.All my alloys apart from this one are fine and never been kerbed (sorry big blue). I booked car in to get handbrake adjusted under warranty and get the alloy looked at.Dealer did handbrake and informed me that they had took pictures of it and had sent to warranty folk.2 weeks went by and no response,so i phoned the dealer who said they would get on to warranty folk. They contacted me next day to say warranty had asked if all four alloys were same as they had sent 2 pictures but apparently didnt say which wheel it was.I informed dealer that they should have informed warranty what wheel it was in the first place and have wasted 2 weeks in the process. They are now replying to warranty correctly.I now await the" you must have kerbed it" routine. There are no marks on the flat silver area, only on the rim so thats not on.I think that wheels should maybe last more than 10 months without corrosion.I clean all wheels with the same stuff, so it aint no corrosion from that.A pity as these alloys are the most suited to the rcz in my opinion.I think i read somewhere here of someone else who had a similiar prob.I will advise on the outcome.
