hope you know how to open the cap
Yeah, it's a funny wee cover, that. The first time I went to fill up I was a bit stumped. The sales guy at the dealer's had popped it open so it seemed straightforward but I was pushing too hard. Nice and easy does the trick.

By accident discovered that the audio stream from my cellphone works. I don't think I will use this function often, eat's battery on my phone, and choosing tracks, forwarding etc. must be done on the phone.

Controlling the audio from my cellphone does work.  When there's only 1 track in the audio folder, it's pretty normal skipping it won't work. :eusa-whistle:

I love my RCZ. Last saturday I took her for a trip to the circuit of Spa-Francorchamps. On the 400km journey of highways and small country roads she never ever let me down.
It was a prepartion of a roadtrip we gonna drive in July with our Belgian Peugeotclub. The actual route started in Moelingen. From there we traveled east to Vaals. There's a moment to visit the 3-countypoint (on the border of Belgium, The Netherlands and Germany). From here the trip took me south to the circuit. The lunch was on a terrace in Stavelot whit a view on my lady.
I don't know why or how, but it was a long time ago I had so much fun driving a car. I normally take my motorcycle out to those roads.
She's as fun to drive as my 309 GTi16. Not the same sensation of speed, but cornering is in both cars equally fun.

On the way back on the highway around Liege I had a little playtime whit some motorcyclist. After some turns the give me the thumps up.

Next monday the first service while be done to here. 2500km, time for new oil.

I'll try to post some photo's of the trip soon.

And on sunday I spent half the day cleaning the car, just to show her my appreciation for the many many fun moments on the trip. At one point after a good few hairpins I had to stop on the side of the road to calm down and let the goosebumps go away.

Trip Hoeselt (B) - Saarlouis (D) - Lummen (B) approximately 600km. Average speed 122km/h, top speed 230km/h, fuel consumption 50l diesel. Traveltime: under 6hours

The only thing I noticed at high speed +200km/h is that the bonnet lifts a little.

Nothing to report here. RCZ is booked for a service on september 21st. Problem with my clock is reported to the expertplatform and there will be an expert at the dealership when my RCZ comes in.

Dealer told me that I can pick up my set winterwheel next week. 18" original wheels with Continental ContiWinterContat TS 830 P.

Actually I wanted the Térific wheel as winterwheel but Peugeot only supplied the winterkit with the original wheel.

Last sunday well spent by cleaning my Lady
At 10:30 I started vacuuming the interior. After that I cleaned the whole interior with Smartwaxx Total Interior All Surface Cleaner. Started with the headlining and worked my way down to the pedals.

After cleaning it was time to refeed the leather with Belgom Cuir. Only minor of Belgom is that the typical leathersmell is gone for a while.

After the lunch it was time to clean the exterior. Started with the wheels. I clean my wheels with the same shampoo as the rest of the car. I use a washmit only for the wheels and one for the rest of the body.
Circumstances weren't ideal because the car was parked in the sun, so I had to rinse here down quite a lot.

After the wheels it was time for the body.

After washing it was time to clay the car. I used the Gloss It green clay bar and Gloss It Closs enhancer

And as finishing touch I waxed with Smartwax with the sense of strawberry.

Photos of the result (I forgot to take picture during the work)
