Replaced HPFP and power has reduced

Absolutely could be causing it. Even the cold intake has a sensor which could contribute to running problems if there's a leak in the system. But a leak on the high pressure side of the turbo system would reduce the power output to just a regular 1.6. But yes, as Pedro said, you can check the...

Replaced HPFP and power has reduced

Hope I'm not going to patronise you here (certainly not my intention), but my best guess would be the adaptions. If you've been running lean for a while, the ecu will adapt to try and keep things running smoothly. This will alter things like short term fuel trim, long term fuel trim, air fuel...

Cut out and will not start

There is a pump on the low pressure side. Check the manual for specific details though Peugeot RCZ workshop manual PDF I would pop the low pressure pipe off the hpfp, turn the car over and see if anything squirts out. Could be a few things really, bad pump / air lock / water in fuel / blockage...

    HPFP Fuel line clip

Hate to say this but you have to buy the whole thing, ask me how I know?! It's about £30 on ebay for the entire pipe combo.

    Batery warning.

Probably related Common electrical problem. Could just be a bad battery or alternator though, it does happen. Check standing and running voltages with multi meter.

    Coil pack failed

Sunseeker. What does 'Never use Bosch ones' mean? It can't have escaped your attention that most people here use the Bosch coils. It's a trusted brand, generally regarded as slightly more reliable than the generic china shit. And I sort of get it, I've used NGK since I owned my first motorcycle...

A shit, poor man's TT, basically.

Hey guys, I was doing a little research in to this hideously flawed engine's endless list of problems (N14) when I came across this! Kind of annoying because I could have bought a same year, same mileage TT for half the price. On the one hand, I sort of agree, the N14 engine is a high...

    Common electrical problem.

Ha! Right you are. Yeah, that'll teach me to write something technical from memory! Anyway, you seem to have a handle on it now, so hopefully you get it sorted!

    Common electrical problem.

Undo the 3 bolts on the left side of the bpga module, remove two cables underneath said bolts and a connector with an orange clip at the very bottom of the module. Then pull out the old module, it's just retained by a couple of plastic clips at this point. Then the new module slots straight in...

I have oil leak on my rcz thp R it filled to the to of the hole where there is a bolt on the on the left side right is dry

I would say gasket. They are only cheap, and it's a fairly simple job to replace yourself. You can also check for other problems while you're doing it, like cracks etc

I have oil leak on my rcz thp R it filled to the to of the hole where there is a bolt on the on the left side right is dry

Are you sure it's not just been spilled down there? Could clean it out and see if it reappears! If you're certain it's not spillage however, pull the coils, if they are coated in oil then the rocker cover gasket may need replacing. Was a fairly regular job on my 207cc.

    Common electrical problem.

Just a quick update on this for anyone looking in the future. Bought and fitted a new Battery Module from AliExpress (28236841 - arrived in a week), that solved the Battery Charge/electrical supply fault issue completely. Then had the high pressure fuel pump refurbished by Ebay Mike (789mikea)...

Alright, cheers guys. May just order a replacement from Ali Express and save the warranty.

    annoying rear rattle

We've had exactly the same issue with a 207cc for the 5 years we've owned it. It's been in several garages, several times, but no mechanic can identify the source of the noise. The previous owner was very forthcoming, explaining the car had the odd noise issue. So they clearly tried to find the...

    Common electrical problem.

Hi guys and gals. Recently acquired a beautiful white RCZ in what I can only describe as near perfect condition. In the last week however, it appears to have developed a typically Peugeot electrical issue with a range of symptoms. The car is still under warranty, but I'd like to have an idea of...

Vandalism done to my tail lights and is there any way around to fix them?

You could try a good quality headlight restoration kit like this Sylvania one. The clear lacquer you apply as the final step can fill hairline fractures, making them virtually invisible. They work on all clear plastics, not just the headlights.
