Yes Definitely, loads of products on the market to seal the arches most ceramic coatings will do the job I prefer soft99 products but the choice is endless. :thumbup:

That’s a pretty good job you’ve done there :clap: I’ve had a quick go at splitting a second hand unit I bought but put it down before I broke it! As you’ve used a dremel or similar is needed to split the unit after your efforts I’ll have another crack at the repair :thumbup:

I’m sure with the 10th anniversary coming up next year there may be quite a few special events planned for the RCZ, are you thinking of attending this one Jeff?

Sounds awesome make sure you show us some photos before and after, which coilovers have you gone for?

I’m sure you will be able to change the water pump without having to remove the engine, the thermostat housing is a weak link and hard to see if it has failed. I’m sure I’ve heard that the expansion tank can leak too that’s on the left of the engine bay :eusa-think: Let us know how you get on...

I recently tried to update the firmware and maps on my ng4 and after half a dozen failed attempts (right at the end of 2hours loading :brickwall: ) all I’m left with now is permanently loading nav!
