I had a rear brake squealing once and it was a sticking pad, could just need pads and callipers cleaning up? Have you checked the discs for wear/ lip on the edge of the discs.

Hi, most likely the high pressure fuel pump, very common issue and especially if it’s happening at high revs / speed when your engine requires high fuel delivery.

Hopefully they’ll sort it and do a good job and you can get back to enjoying your gorgeous Z! 😊
