(By the way I'm a complete novice) the bulbs were too hot to touch! Pull the light housing out and Un plug the lead, let light cool down, replace bulb, re connect power connector, clip light housing back in place.

If warranty is running out contact Peugeot customers services and get it logged with the warranty dept. They may the get hold of your dealership and tell them how to check. I spoke to Jamie Parry Peugeot warranty Head office. He might be still there!

Re: Burned engine mount?? Since you have warranty take it back to peugeot. See if they will replace it as it should not do that.

Take evidence from this forum with you, just so they can be informed. Also others who have had the same can you post which dealership sorted it out so that the info can be passed to the dealerships that say don't know about this. Wasn't this covered under a type of recall from within Peugeot?

Re: Burned engine mount?? 24 000 km is about 15000 miles Mine has done 4500 ish miles mine is still as new. Maybe someone else can help. Has the car had a hard life with previous owner/s? Would have thought that there wasn't anything to burn there, is there any warranty left?
