Just used this £2 reader to diagnose p1337 code and found a free program to clear it after swopping all the ignition coils 😂

I bought a ODBII for £2 😂 , it does the job of finding the error and it works with a mobile phone making it easy and convenient.

Will replacing the coil pack automatically clear the error code or do I need equipment to clear it ? Currently have a cheap ODB reader only.

is that what you have to do to replace the SD card, mattautolec? Strip the unit as shown in the above picture which I took from somewhere else

My first MOT coming up in about 12days time. Just ordered 2 michelin pilot sport 4S tyres for it 😀 chespest i found was from F1. Havent had a chance to book my MOT yet :eek:

arggh cant get the damn thing to work 🤬. wasted a lot of time trying but still cant get past corrupt data bit. Used 3 usb sticks (formatted to FAT32) one for each, software update, deactivation & map. Tried burning several CD's for software update and each time I try anything its either corrupt...

the other ones are now on ebay

With the on screen prompts do I have to click yes to everything for the firmware update? Cos half way through I decided to click "no" as it want to change random things which I thought wasnt relevant,like volume and different beep noises?

I still havent gotround to doing mine yet..If I get the time this weekend will try it
