    Dangers in Jacking up RCZ

This has all the hallmarks of turning into a completely different thread  My guess is that your Jack ripped your sills into bits, even thou you were using the correct jacking point - but THEN you woke up covered in sweat, and realised you were just having a Dallas style dream...

    Rear windows tinted

Your Focus looks very similar to the tints we had on the Zafira. I actually got the manager of the little Hitler department to meet me (at a motorway service station car park unbelievably). He looked at the car and said he thought it looked great, and when he pointed out that the legislation was...

    Rear windows tinted

Careful with the fronts Tac, we had a Zafira when they first came out (lots of small kids then) and we had a full body kit and tints all round. My wife was chased by a guy in what she thought was a police 4x4 who stopped her and told her the front windows were illegally tinted, and we had to...

    Burn those tax disc's UK

So the government have kind of but not really eventually listened to what the motoring organisations have been saying for years. If road tax was abolished, and a small amount of EXTRA tax added to the already exorbitant tax imposed on fuel, the following would happen. :sleeping-yellow...

    Moroccan Red - Royston

So, Royston is quite a small village, and I live on an estate in a small village. There is a black Z Mk1 with silver arches and an Amber Mk1 both living on my estate. The last two occasions I have been driving out of the village, I have passed a white Mk2 travelling in the opposite direction...

    Dangers in Jacking up RCZ

So, I found a 3cm screw embedded in the tread of my n/s rear today. I took the car down to a local tyre specialist as it wasn't losing any air from the screw. I told them about the dodgy jacking points, and they agreed to use the four point lift in the MOT bay. When the mechanic got the car in...

Bummer! I just received the 200 "Free the Kent 1" T shirts I ordered. Looks like an Ebay listing is imminent..........

    Moroccan Red - Royston

What's the chances? I haven't seen another Moroccan Red in the flesh since I bought mine, then as I was leaving the ASDA car park in Royston Barnsley today. I saw another 63 plate Moroccan Red parked up. This one had silver arches and I think black onyx solstice rims. Was it you? :eusa-think:

    reverse and elecric mirrors

My Mk2 GT200 does also have the electric adjustment & heated seats, so Pete may well be correct about a link between these functions & the dipping mirrors

    I Finally did it! RCZ!

Yeah, Excess, always been impressed with that concept. Pay the insurance company hundreds, then have a bit of a shunt, and pay the insurance company hundreds again.
