Sorry, I'm not ignoring you, it's just beyond anything I could help you with. In my experience from previous cars, aircon faults have been due to re-gassing being required, or compressor faults. You seem to have covered these areas. I have no idea about the voltage input for compressors...

I take it they replaced the coils, as I know this is a more common problem causing some of the issues you seem to have had. I would certainly be writing a strongly worded (but civil) letter to Peugeot, documenting all the faults, periods between, dates into dealership etc etc and requesting...
