Only thing I can come up with is a colour matched polish. It tends to sit in the minor scratches, rather than remove them, but it's doe do a fair job of disguising them, whereas "proper" polish tends to highlight them as they stay white after buffing.

In my experience from previous cars, aircon faults have been due to re-gassing being required, or compressor faults. You seem to have covered these areas.
I have no idea about the voltage input for compressors...
