I agree with Chris, but I would also be making that call to the dealer and voicing your concerns. Look at the warranty paperwork, or ask the dealer - it's the kind of thing that should be covered, but as we all know, if there is a way out, most companies will try to find it.
As for the echo, I think this topic has been covered on here before. I seem to remember a calibration sorting the problem out, and this being done by the dealer.

So, if you try autoresize. Specify a size less than 250kb. Load your photo, then save your photo. Go to your photos and the last one saved will be from autoresize, and will be under 250kb.
Then on the thread you desire, click upload attachment, select your newly resized masterpiece, click add...
Does the dipstick appear to be complete? there is very little to stop the dipstick from being fully inserted back into its guide tube, unless something has broken off. I think the thread Tianorth was referring to mentioned that the dipstick could not be re inserted correctly, but I can't find...

Mine had the vision pack when I bought it.
As far as I know it replaces the headlights with Directional Xenon with self levellers and headlight washers.
So, that seems to rule out hill assist, handbrake, & sticking after a wash. In fact, looking at what you say has been done to the car, it might not even be brake associated at all. Maybe a suspension issue, wheel bearing, cv/ball joint, or even transmission. I haven't personally come across this...
