It's true, you will love the car whichever you get.
TiaNorth has both HDI & R and he still goes to meets in his HDI for economy reasons, (yes the greedy s*d has TWO RCZ's)
So it's pretty clear that the HDI is a magnificent car to have. You will not regret your decision so long as it says RCZ...
Glad you got it sorted without too much pain, especially in the wallet.
Sorry to see you go from the Z brotherhood though, you know you will regret it later
So, after owning my Z for almost 2 years, I have just discovered how to get the TPMS to check the tyres & the car to do a diagnostic check.
On the instrument panel above the steering column, there are two buttons in between the speedo & rev counter, below the small LED display. One on the right...
I know I have several phones which connect automatically, but to be fair, I had quite a few issues getting paired up initially. The Z's Bluetooth does seem a little temperamental compared to others, but it is a thoroughbred after all :eusa-shhh:
So, leads to a stupid question, how do you know if you have them fitted? Handy in case your car is failed because they don't work.
I must admit, I have no idea if mine has, other than when my car went in to a dealer, I asked if they could rotate my wheels to average tyre wear, service manager...
According to the video on the page linked by 2retro, ALL new model cars after 2012 and ALL cars manufactured from 2014 have to have TPMS fitted.
As your is a phase 2 it is classed as a new model (significant change of design) and was also manufactured after 2012 so legally, it should have the...
It's all to do with what's fitted to the car. If it's there it has to work or it's a fail. If it's not there they can't fail you for it.
On a previous car, I was told it had failed because the headlamps didn't stay on with the ignition off if the switch was on :wtf: or something like that...
So, quite some time on since my original post, I thought I had updated this thread, but I may have posted elsewhere & just can't find it.
The car went in, & eventually a leaking pipe to the headlamp washers was found. Part ordered & replaced.
Yesterday, I filled the washer bottle up with some...
I have absolutely no idea what these brackets look like, or how they connect to the bumper, but I do know that there are adhesives out there that can stick almost anything to anything.
As far as I can see there are no major stresses on these brackets, as they are not under any kind of load as...
Yes there is a clause which does say you can't keep caravans, it also mentions works vans.
There are probably about 50 caravans and double that number of works vans on the entire estate. I don't think I would have a prayer of getting something done about them.
I think it's just a case of grin...
My neighbour over the road has that thing on her front garden. They were going on a mobile roadblock trip somewhere when the photo was taken.
I have just found out that her next door is also about to get a mobile roadblock device. Yay :wtf:
So that will be just 4 of them in my cul de sac. I...
When we first moved in I managed to get my Megan CC in the garage. I had foam on the wall to stop door edge damage, & a tennis ball hanging from the ceiling which touched the screen when the bumper was @3cm from the wall :wtf:
Not a chance with my Z
Not a chance of getting in the garage. Even if I got a skip & emptied the contents, I don't think it would go through the doors.
Yes, it's a top coat, Tarmac rejuvenator/renovator from B & Q (black). £13 for a 4 litre container. I used nearly 4 containers giving it all at least 2 coats.
I jet...
