Just a thought, the SatNav you had replaced in 2014 cos of the screen fault, did that have the same issue ? Did they replace the entire unit and screen, or just the screen?
If they replaced the entire thing, and the unit with the screen fault was otherwise ok, I can't see how it can be anything...
I can't imagine I could think of anything that the dealers haven't. Did they do a BSI reset? Don't know if that would affect the SatNav anyway.
I really hope you can resolve this, cos I know how this kind of recurring issue can grind you down eventually. Even small problems can eventually tip...

Have you also got recent maps installed ?
I have recently posted the latest speedcam files (link) on this thread viewtopic.php?f=30&t=10031

The timing chain issue almost always throws up an engine management message, often involving limp mode, but if it hasn't had the modified part fitted, it could well be the very start of this problem. Maybe worth a trip to the dealer and ask if there are any recall/notices that apply to your car...
The only noise coming from mine before the mounting change was a knocking at low speeds over bumpy ground. As soon as I took it in to be looked at, they said there was a notice from Peugeot to fit new re-designed top mounts to the front struts.
Sorted.
If there is as much vibration as you say...
