    Not Happy

So, yesterday was my birthday  & we booked an overnight stay at a Hotel in Scarborough, just to go somewhere different. I was looking forward to the journey, as I love long trips in the Z. On the A64 dual carriageway section, a Honda Integra type R decided he didn’t want to let me get...

    Trading In for 3008 SUV

There are often people on here looking for an RCZ, you should make a thread under the for sale section and list your car stating model, colour, condition, options fitted, service history, any faults, etc etc. If you offer it at a price a little bit higher than your part ex offer, both you and...

It's it possible to play Android mobile/google music through

Re: It's it possible to play Android mobile/google music thr There is also the 3.5 headphone jack socket that you can use a lead to connect directly (or at least there is in the RCZ - assume same in 3008). You would have to use phone to control tracks though.

    Newbie/Old-bie soon to buy

Hi, welcome, sort of, the car you are looking at does seem to be overpriced, and the mileage is definitely high. Unless you specifically need an automatic, the manual transmission would be the better option. As you have been browsing the site, you are probably already aware of most things to...

Hello all, I've recently joined your exclusive group

The plastic wheel nutcovers don’t fit as flush over the locking wheel nut. They stand out a bit more.

Looking to change the look of your Z?

I like 1 & 3 but I think they are more suited for track cars rather the day drives. I don’t like 2 at all. :eusa-think:

    now I really stuck :(

BSI reset procedure :- Put the driver’s window down, lift the bonnet and ensure all equipment is switched off. Ensure all doors are closed and remove key from the ignition. Wait for 3 minutes, disconnect the vehicle battery and wait 15 seconds. Reconnect the vehicle battery, wait a further 10...

    now I really stuck :(

Also, you could have a look here, not sure if it’s exactly the same issue as yours, but it might help viewtopic.php?f=27&t=9225&p=112500&hilit=Temperature+gauge#p112500

    now I really stuck :(

You could try a BSI reset, it’s sometimes worked for the odd weird issue :eusa-think:

    Another newbie....

:greetings-wavingblue: Welcome :text-welcomewave: I agree with the above, airlock/thermostat most likely, but there are several issues that could affect the heater. That apart, you are in for the ride of your life. RCZ what a car !!! So, next thing, let’s see some photos

    rcz thermostat housing ??

The temperature sensor was always a known weak spot, and there used to be regular issues reported on here in the early days of the RCZ. I haven’t seen that much of a problem reported with it recently, and I had thought maybe they had sorted the issues connected with it. Perhaps they are fitting...

    Tyre choice - feedback required.

Re: Tyre choice - feedback required. I had the Uniroyal & I was very happy with the performance, but they didn’t last long at all. I have had Hankook & the performance was OK, not as good as the Uniroyal for grip, and they didn’t even last as long as the Uniroyal. I now have the new Michelin...
