It's a common occurrence so you might as well get used to it I'm afraid. It's the cars way of making sure there's always enough juice left to start it.
Might be worth getting the battery checked though if it's coming on all the time. 👍
Spot on with doing the drivers side first so you know what to do because there is zero room to see what you're doing on the passenger side so you are working blind. 👍
Yes you can replace the cartridge. And you have the standard equipment then, just seem to be missing the little yellow plastic tool for removing the wheel nut covers.
I always get confused between the MAF (Mass Air Flow) Sensor and the MAP (Mass Air Pressure) Sensor but one of them is to the left of the air filter when looking from front of car and is easily accessible as it sits right on top of the engine.
The other one is right pain though as it's located...
Don't know why your bulbs are so dim - maybe they have been swapped previously as they should be 4300K which is pretty bright!

Yes you can stream music to it because I had one. Funnily enough the Bluetooth module within it also packed up so I ended up swapping the whole stereo for something newer than the turn of the century! Makes one think the Bluetooth features on these are prone to failing...
