I just clean as normal or damp micro cleaning cloth Will do the job..

It's from what they have used to buff up the black arches as I use a black polish and when it rains it does leave streaks your lucky as on the white car it stands out a mile... Ask them what they used.. I would Drive safe and stay lucky 🍀 Les n Co

What is the colour of your RCZ... The one I have is grey and off a 2015 rcz..

It does sound like it a pulley to me had the same issue with one of my motors and when it was wet or raining it stopped....
