Wow looks to me like vandal damage I can’t see this ever happening in normal operation especially with the spoiler, there are loads of these units in breakers and they’re not too dear at the moment, wing mirrors on the other hand are around £250-£300 for a secondhand one!

I’ve seen some on a 308cc at the French car show, the actual brackets looked hideous and there were signs of damage where the door had touched the wing not nice at all and totally put me off the idea.

Never done it but I’m sure it’s a bumper off job! The lion is just stuck on and has 3 locating pins but the rest is screwed in place behind the bumper

There are loads of cars for sale so take your time and buy the car that’s been cherished I’ve recently seen one come on the market (eBay) and it’s the only 59 plate RCZ I’ve seen it’s gone through every MOT and not even one advisory it’s a diesel and looks very nice for under 4K too.

Just recently changed mine it only had one led out but it bugged me 😄 it’s quite an easy job to do yourself took me about half an hour and the same time to clean all the crap off that gets under the original unit!

My local Peugeot dealer replaced my whole timing kit in the day and you shouldn’t be paying more than £600 all in.

It’s usually in kit form with the timing kit it’s not something you would normally change when changing the oil.

The RCZ is quite susceptible to hoggish curbs the sensors don’t normally pick up curbs I’ve been really close quite a few times I’ve even thought of fitting a front facing camera just to protect my Carbon rexpeed front splitter 🤔

Yes 5W-30 Total ineo is the original recommendation but Peugeot now recommend the 0W-30 Total ineo first it’s what the engine comes filled with when supplied new.

I have heard reports that some gearboxes weren’t originally filled correctly from the factory which had only been discovered upon owners replacing the oil that pug says doesn’t need replacing!
