There have been a few reported cases of the battery control module (I think that’s what it’s called?) failing it’s part of the battery connection unit it gives the same symptoms
I’ve used all those soft99 products and love them all, the F7 is really easy on and lasts well but not as long as the original fusso coat, the bazooka now there’s a product! So quick to use and you can use it on any material even glass! I don’t think it goes as far as the makers claim though...
I see what you are saying there but the conversation I had with the service manager at my local dealers (who are highly regarded by Peugeot Uk) were more conversational rather than him trying to sell, he said Peugeot UK had told them to use 0w-30 ineo first instead of the 5w-30.
Yeh very common problem pumps are getting cheaper around £350-£400 but there is a guy on eBay who’s doing a refurb service for considerably less and he has very good feedback.
There is an instance when the unit can overheat due to the blanking caps for the heating pipe work coming adrift under the interior trim panels.
If you haven’t tried an update it’s worth doing.
Yes I get that the offset is odd, I thought the custom work wouldn’t come cheap though.
I do like the sortilage wheels but I went for aftermarket just to look different 👍
