I've heard of this with other Peugeot models. There is a unit inside the steering wheel, I think it's called the Comms unit, which can fail.

Wow how much? I'll upset you now, my GT86 has cost me nothing apart from routine servicing in two years. I've even dropped checking the oil and coolant levels to once a week as it never uses any.

From memory that's the RD45? Doesn't that have a musical note button for the sound menu?

I think the factory option was made by Zunsport. My 200 GT had it, all it consists of is a pipe that runs from the stock back box over to the other side. Like this :

I washed mine the other day. I've decided it needs a claying session though, there are areas that are a bit grabby.

I'm not 100% on the name, as it is a number of years ago, but I used a breaker on there called Skan/Scan 4x4. I bought numerous little bits and bobs for my RCZ from them. Now I've mentioned them they won't have any Zs in for breaking!
