I would be careful. The scouring pad is going to scratch. Try wire wool grade 0000 it’s slightly abrasive but won’t scratch. Use it on my exhausts for years without issues. I use a lot of my car cleaning products in the house as they are better than household products.

Not a lot of faults on the R. Squealing brakes were an issue on early ones and these tended to be changed under warranty by the dealer with an improved version. Be aware that replacements disks and pads for the front are circa £1600 so plan for that in your budget. Otherwise just look for a...

Are you sure you are in the right Forum? Type R is a Honda. There is a RCZ R and only one model. The RCZ R can be used as a daily with no problem. I use mine as a daily. It’s economical too.
