Iv made a couple of moulds I had to build up the back of the badge for the rear with double sided tape to get the curve for the mould .
I then set them in clear Cristal resin 24 hrs an they should be ready
Can u remember a previous post about the 800 pound induction pipe a seal from Peugeot , well that’s when I found out part of it entered the cold side of the turbo so Iv stripped it down it’s at midland turbo for another rebuild as it needed a main bearing 14 months ago an why it’s off the cam...
well I been thinking ... dangerous I know
but maybe making a mould an shaping I slight curve at the top then put some clear resin in so the badge is encased as I would imagine the factory badge will be made like that but in plastic? Any thoughts .
Are they made of stainless if so I might try putting a curve in it over a pipe or something an is the front badge stuck as well as pined an are there any fasteners on the back ?
