+125.000 miles with the RCZ R (my story)

Re: +80.000 miles with the RCZ R (my story) Jealous of you going to the 508 release. It looks fantastic in pics. Pls share some snaps when you return!

Nice pics. Unfortunately winter shots looks the same as summer shots here.

    So it's Official ...... Gulp.

I actually bought mine from a hairdresser too! Must be true.

    Scored/scratched inner door handles.

You could try plasti-dip. The finish is very similar.

Moving from the RCZ R towards 308 GTi?

I'm yet to see one in the metal, but not sold on the bumper upgrade in the pics. I think the bottom grille section makes the car look thinner. The S1 grille was quite wide and slim which gave the car a bit of width from the front. Oh well, only my opinion. I'll hold out till I see one in the metal.

Moving from the RCZ R towards 308 GTi?

My wife has one and they're awesome cars. Performance would be similar to your RCZ-R, but more practical with the usable rear seats! If you don't need the practicality though, there isn't much around that competes with the RCZ for looks vs performance. I think the 308 is a fantastic looking...

My RCZs - 2011 Haria Grey / 2014 Nera Black

Thanks guys, we had her painted about 6 years ago, so she's still looking pretty good these days. Given they're pretty bullet proof there are still plenty around so worth less than the Z (which isn't worth much) over here.

My RCZs - 2011 Haria Grey / 2014 Nera Black

Haha it was my grandpas car and he used to lug all kinds of things around with it for its whole life. He passed away about 10 years ago so it's heavy lifting days are over. I actually thought it'd still be a good load carrier, but it's soft suspension meant it couldn't be loaded up much. Don't...

My RCZs - 2011 Haria Grey / 2014 Nera Black

I actually tried our Volvo first, but the old suspension couldn't handle the weight as well (pic before cement was loaded).

My RCZs - 2011 Haria Grey / 2014 Nera Black

Had to move about 50 bags of cement recently and ended up using the Z. Carries the loads quite nicely! Has to be one of the most practical coupes around.

Merry Christmas all! Hope you all have a great break with lots of road trips! We've done 1500k so far - in my wife's 308 GTI though.

    Peugeot RCZ2

Don't mind the front. Would even consider adapting it to my S1 if possible :) Not sure about the back.

    Gotta love italian police cars

Haha yes they have some cool police cars! Vaguely recall them having a Lotus Evora years ago too. The interior is just standard 308 GTI fitment. The seats and door cards have similar stitching, but are both different to the RCZ-R. Gear knob is also in the 208 GTI.

My RCZs - 2011 Haria Grey / 2014 Nera Black

Thanks mate. They're 20x10s on the rear so have so have a nice deep concave shape to them :)

    My Dream Car - What's Yours ?

I always thought this rear engined Austin Martin concept from years ago looked pretty schmick.

My RCZs - 2011 Haria Grey / 2014 Nera Black

Couple of pics from our weekend trip away. Pity the car is filthy, but loved the storm in the background.
