Like 'the big blue' I also sympathise with you Arakoola.
I feel your pain, but maybe not in as much depth as you have suffered.
By a (possible) quirk of fate I have had an oil leak, like you, which then led to a two month battle with Peugeot UK wrt two jacking point failures (as mentioned by...
So I am currently reading between the lines.
Seems there is "History" here, betwixt this member and others here, that I have not been party to (as a relatively new boy)
It could be entertaining - or I could just get quickly bored with it all.
If its distraction, for distractions sake, it will...
Lo there,
Sometime over the Christmas break, between the mince pies, I will be looking at hardwiring a dual USB adapter within the fuse box, piggy backed off one of the fuses.
I will then run two usb<->mini-usb charging leads for the front 0801 mini camera I have, plus another to the back of...
Cool.
So how did they change it to KM, when your display is (I assume) in miles. How can you mix and match the units? I though it was miles or KM - but not both. Or as you are on the continent are you running KM anyway?
BTW, the indication of plugs change after a year surprises me.
Even my 10...
Hmmm, sounds like b*llsh*t to me mate.
As I understand it Peugeots 2012 and older need a full service ever 2yrs. Cars newer than this need full service every 12 months (or sooner if HIGH mileage/rough use).
It was a change of policy by Peugeot back in 2012.
Can't see that city use will be...
Thanks RCZ-R.
Thanks Peter.
Yep, if you can post it here for download that would be great.
Saves protracted discussions at the dealers/service centre after 12.5k miles.
As I got this 6 months old, and as posted they did not supply the Owners Manual (which I realized after 120 mile round trip...
Thanks for that mate.
Do you have any documentation that I can put in front of my dealer for this.
My confidence levels with them are not especially high for a number of reasons. This being one of them.
@TAC
Looked at the link you provided and they seem to be a caravan/motorhome specialist. Also yachts/lear jets etc
Forgot to ask, how much was it for your RCZ, and did that include all the prep/cleaning etc, i.e. it goes in dirty, and comes out all shiny like?
Also, was the price...
I sympathise mate. I'm not trying to defend them in any way, but as I say I believe they are somewhat overloaded.
Although its tempting to berate them I've personally found that does not get you anywhere. Not suggesting you did this, but its something to bear in mind.
Your dealer, in exactly the...
Before you open up the can of worms and involve expensive solicitors, have you tried Trading Standards? Might be a Sales of Goods Act issue.
Its worth a try.
.....What he said.
Does that answer your question, wrapper?
No need to remove the window for me - but the rest of this is very relevant/useful.
BTW, where on earth do you get one of those door handle covers from. The prev owner and/or his wife obvioulsy liked some bling as...
I will do mate - but not now.
Getting the rip in the underfloor of my car, and the two damaged/bend jacking points fixed is priority at this point.
Will look at the missing manual when that's sorted. Don't want to muddy the waters by stirring things up about a owners manual at this point.
Didn't get a manual with car, despite it only being 6 months old, and despite me ringing original dealer up explaining that mine was missing.
Local dealer won't give me one, but will charge me £9 approx to order one for me. Nice.
Online version of manual gives you no idea - just mentions the...
