I've just booked mine in for its 20K miles/24 month service at the end of the month . . . . I'm a low mileage driver so I have not managed 13k miles yet, it was first registered as a main dealer demonstrator in March 2012, I bought it in the September with around 700 miles on the clock. I had...

Sorry to hear of this, I feel sick at the thought of returning to something you cherish & find something like this has happened . . . . . hopefully it's just a random one off. It might be worth checking to see if any security type CCTV cameras are in operation in or around the car-park?
