First thing I would do is to check all the wiring behind the unit. Look for poor or dirty connections. If everything looks good have a search on the Pioneer user forums. Someone will have seen this before and fixed it.
Lots of posts on here about "aftermarket head units", and the kit you need to restore functionality of the clock, Stork controls, reversing sensors etc. An online search for "Connects 2" might help.
I must have changed hundreds of brake disks/pads in my 40yrs of motoring - but for the life of me I could not wind back the rear Caliper pistons today.
Am I missing something, the Draper tool I used started to bend. Any ideas, I'd be ashamed to take it to a garage.
