eBay will be your best bet. Lots of people breaking RCZ's for parts and those door pulls are the same on all of them so you shouldn't have too much trouble locating one.

It's almost certainly the air con emptying the moisture it's collected as this is released in the location mentioned.

On mine you just press the end of the right stalk to scroll though the 4 different trip screens. One of them is blank and big numbers appear when it's time to shift up like in an F1 car!
