    headlamp repair kit

I used the repair kit on a pre facelift and they worked perfectly fine.. I can’t imagine that Peugeot changed the body mounting points for the facelift so I’d hazard a guess it’ll be fine

    Cat removal

It can be done without removing the bumper and slam panel but it is so much easier to do with them removed.

    Tensioner replacement

You’ll have the updated/improved tensioner in a 2015 model so I don’t think changing just the tensioner will be beneficial or preventative. If anything if you want to do preventative maintenance, do the chain, plastic guides and tensioner but with your mileage I don’t think you need to.

    Power folding mirrors

Did all derivatives of the RCZ have power folding door mirrors? I had a floppy door mirror and got one off eBay but replacement only had one plug where as the original has a second plug which I’m assuming is for the folding.

Driver side window finally went broke…

I always get some spare clips when removing the door cards. I either end up breaking a clip or two or have to replace some from a previous removal where they couldn’t be arsed to. Part number is 9341.PF and cheap on eBay. The foam is easy enough to remove if you use a sharp thin blade on the...

    Hello! + RCZ Model question

My 156 has front and rear sensors as well as leather interior so not sure that’s a giveaway. Engine cover is different though but plenty of aftermarket options out there

    Hello! + RCZ Model question

A pic of the engine bay will be a dead giveaway so if you post a pic it can be confirmed. The intercooler pipes run differently

My 156 has started doing this ever so slightly. It’ll be the valve stem seals which need doing.

    Another limp mode problem

Have you tried to wind the VVT lift screw all the way in either direction? I think it’s a 4mm Allen key on the back.

    Another limp mode problem

I remember reading somewhere (possibly even on the forum) that when the lift gear is worn it’s a cylinder head replacement as it’s all in one or not available as a separate part. I found the below video showing the gear being tested using a scan tool. The engine shown is the non turbo 1.6vvt...
