Yep caps off the heater ducting if not fitted they can cause overheating in the console area affecting the audio systems

Lots of weird electrical problems can be attributed to a dodgy battery, check if it’s up to scratch and if your not sure how old it is I would swap it for a new one

Quite a few owners have had the timing chain tensioner work loose or the seal go which causes quite a large oil leak. Drivers side rear of engine.
