    Egr valve

I used it on my second 407 2.0 HDi and my 2.2 HDi 508.

    Egr valve

I never removed any of mine.. Too much like hard work.

    Egr valve

On my previous diesels I've cleaned them with oven cleaner. Works perfectly fine. Don't blame me if you kill anything though.

    HEAD UNIT WANTED

What exactly has gone wrong with it? The hard drives can fail. Though there is a way around this, and you can fit a flash card in to them. Unfortunately mine let the smoke out and had melted and charred wiring inside when I opened it.

    HEAD UNIT WANTED

That's an NG4, mine went tits up and I bought a replacement from a 5008 and swapped the faceplate. From memory it was around £300. Ignore the dick heads on ebay who think they're worth thousands of pounds. When you get one it'll need VIN coding, which unless you can do it yourself will be an...

    Leather Repair

When I had my RCZ, I sent away the rear headrest I think it was and had the correct colour mixed. I'm sure I used LTT.

    Engine mounts

Does the sound go away when you depress the clutch?

    Ventilation fans sometimes work,

Intermittent fault with the fan resistor pack? Possibly over heating which is why you get something, and then nothing.

    HDI Air Doser

From my very rudimentary understanding (from previous Peugeot HDIs) the air doser copies the EGR. EGR open = doser closed. EGR closed = doser open. I assume you're getting codes/running faults?

    Broken wing mirror

    Blame the Austrians.

Pairing an Iphone (and similar process for all phones)

Be prepared for a lot of faffing with that one. Especially if you have the JBL upgrade. Peugeot like to make it as difficult as possible to replace head units. Even as far back as 2001 when I had my 406 I needed about 3 patch leads to make an Alpine head unit work in it. It never bothered me in...

Pairing an Iphone (and similar process for all phones)

Which head unit do you have? From memory, you're out of luck on the NG4. I think there is a way around but requires a dongle and other bits.

    Tyre Warning Light ???

    Yet.

    Tyre Warning Light ???

If yours is a facelift then it won't have front fogs. They have DRLs in the front bumper. Unless I imagined that.

New radio install HELP ME PLEASE!

Unfortunately Peugeot like routing a lot through the stock units. Hence why I never even considered changing any of the head units in my Peugeot cars.

    Tyre Warning Light ???

    Check your tyre pressures.

    Tell me about RC-Z's

Non R models are pocket money. I bet you could find a 200 easily under 5k. I think I paid about 7 for mine with about 40k on if I recall in 2016 ish. I don't think they've quite hit classic Ferrari status so are surely still dropping in price. R's are rarer, thusly more expensive. Plus with an R...

    Spark Plugs for the RCZ

It's interesting how the plugs in an RCZ are 30000km changes, yet the plugs in my GT86 are 60000 miles intervals. They probably have a harder life in a smaller turbo engine.

    Reasonable priced exhaust?

I had an Ulter sport on my RCZ. It sounded fine, and fitted ok, was only mild steel though. I painted it with bbq paint for extra protection. I currently have a secondary cat back non resonated Milltek on my GT86 and the quality is superb.

    Misfire

You don't need to use a main dealer, there are various friendly people dotted around the internet with the equipment. I have it for a start. Though given I've had a Toyota for nearly two years I wouldn't have a clue if my laptop even works anymore 😆
